Testimonials

Mike Moore, Communications Manager (Ret.)

I have had the pleasure of introducing Ned Bolcar numerous times to address crowds at rallies, banquets and other events. I have also worked beside him in the broadcast booth.

Ned is an entertaining storyteller who is at ease talking about his experiences on the college and professional football field, in the locker room and as a successful entrepreneur.

A two-time captain of the University of Notre Dame football team and national championship team starter under legendary College Football Hall of Fame coach Lou Holtz, Ned knows it takes hard work to get difficult jobs done. As a motivational speaker, Ned is primed to get the best performance out of the members of any athletic, business, education or non-profit organization.

I have seen dozens of motivational speakers over the years. Ned Bolcar tackles the assignment with energy and delivers a message that your audience won’t soon forget.

Lt. Col. Kevin Kilpatrick (Ret.), C-17 Evaluator Pilot, Former Chief Pilot & Delta Airlines Captain

In my 20+ years as a C-17 evaluator pilot and chief pilot in the U.S. Air Force, and now as a

Delta Air Lines captain, I’ve worked with high-performing individuals in some of the most

demanding environments imaginable. When the stakes are high, you quickly learn to recognize

those rare individuals who lead with integrity, clarity, and conviction. Ned Bolcar is one of those

people.

As the team captain of the 1988 National Championship Notre Dame football team, Ned has

been leading from the front since his earliest days. That kind of leadership—under the intense

pressure of high expectations, national visibility, and fierce competition—isn’t something you can

fake. It’s forged. Ned took those lessons with him into the NFL, the world of Wall Street, and

now into a new mission: motivating and inspiring others to perform at their best, especially in

moments of adversity and change.

Ned has an unmistakable presence. When he speaks, people listen—not just because of his

credentials, but because of the weight of his experience and the honesty with which he shares

it. He doesn’t offer empty motivation. He brings perspective, toughness, and heart to every

engagement. He’s lived through triumph, setback, reinvention, and personal hardship—including

his daughter’s leukemia diagnosis—and through it all, he’s continued to lead, to serve, and to

inspire.

Whether speaking to athletes, students, or professionals, Ned’s goal is always the same: to

challenge people to grow, to lead with purpose, and to find strength in their story. He’s not just a

speaker. He’s a leader, a motivator, and someone I trust implicitly.

If you’re looking for someone who can genuinely move an audience and drive lasting impact, I

give Ned Bolcar my strongest recommendation

Host WSBT GameDay Show
960 am Sports Radio

I have personally and professionally known Ned more than fifteen years. In all of our encounters, by phone and in-person, Ned has always been one of the most generous in giving his time and attention while joining me on my Notre Dame pre-show, GameDay on WSBT radio. That’s not always the case with guests. Some have their own agenda or would not want to share their time with any other guest. Ned get’s along with everyone. He gladly is willing to share the spotlight and his interview slot when the situation arises.

Ned is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to being interviewed. And I am not just talking football or Notre Dame. I and my listeners enjoy the perspective Ned brings to an interview. He brings his life experiences from being a teammate, a father, husband, and business owner. Ned walks the walks and talks the talks. And that Talk……………Ned has the voice of a radio announcer, and future speaker. People pay attention when Ned talks.

Thru all the acumen Ned will bring, I can easily see Ned being very successful at his new endeavor.
